踢足球的孩子中，绝大多数孩子最终成不了职业球员，这是肯定的，那么他们就不会从小踢球了吗？显然不是的。足球发达国家踢球的孩子更多，他们的淘汰率更高，但是仍然有越来越多的孩子踢球。所以我们要思考足球最终能够带给孩子们的是什么？

The vast majority of children who play football don't end up as professional footballers, that's for sure. Developed countries have more children playing football, they have a higher elimination rate, but more and more children are still playing football. So we have to think about what does football ultimately bring to children?

体育运动中，野蛮其体魄和在训练比赛中变得粗鲁，变得没有教养是完全不同的两个概念，如果队员在训练和比赛中学会了骂人，变得没有素质，那么队伍的成立就变得没有了意义，在团队中，每个队员都应该学会如何尊重教练，尊重对手，尊重队友，而不是在出现分歧后去侮辱对方，这也违背了体育精神和体育道德。

About sports, savage the body and become rude and no culture are two different things, if the players in training and competition have learned to call names and have no quality, then the founding of team becomes no meanings, in the team, every team member should learn how to respect the coach, respect the opponent, respect teammates, rather than insult the other players after differences, which violates the sports spirit and ethics.

在不少球员的印象里，除了踢球，似乎没有什么是他们不该、或者禁止的事情,这其实就是缺乏教养和无知。他们认为只要球踢得好，能在比赛中进球，即使平时犯个错误，骂人，打架，也会因为踢球、比赛而得到赦免。

In the minds of many players,besides playing football,they could do anything, which is simply lack of education and ignorance. They believe that if they play well and score in the game, even if they make a mistake, swear or fight, they will be forgiven.

在中国足球界，“做好人、读好书、踢好球”是一句传承度非常高的话，被很多足球俱乐部或学校用来作为校训。

In Chinese football world, "be a good man,study and play well" is a popular saying, which is used as the school motto by many football clubs and schools.

然而在我国传统足球人才培养的过程中，学校、俱乐部不重视对学生“人”的培养，不重视学生综合素质的提高，以球技高低作为评价球员的最终标准，忽视青少年身体、心理和智力特点，培养出的学生大都是单纯的“足球人”，而不是能够应对当今社会激烈竞争的“社会人”。

However, in the process of traditional football talent cultivation in China, schools, clubs do not attach importance to the cultivation of good people, do not attach importance to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality,they ignore the youth physical, psychological and mental characteristics of children,the players they cultivate are mostly pure "football people",they are not able to cope with the fierce competition in today's society.

还望家长、俱乐部、教练引起重视，多加引导，教会球员做人的基本道理，从小形成的良好的生活、行为习惯，优秀的道德品质，认真敬业的生活、学习态度。

We also hope that parents, clubs and coaches will pay attention to teach players the basic principles of being a good man, form a good life, behavior habits, excellent moral character, serious and dedicated attitude towards life and learning.
